REGUS CONFERENCE AND MEETING ROOMS
One of the many benefits of having an account at Regus is the booking of conference rooms or meeting rooms. If you are having a “four-way” meeting, which in lawyer jargon is describing two attorneys meeting with their respective clients prior to a Pre-Trial Conference with the Judge, you have conference rooms from which to select.
The meeting rooms are sized for as few as four to eight people or a board room type of conference room setting which accommodates a dozen or more. The latter has an impressively long conference table and gives the aura of prestige – a room that a professionals would be proud to present to colleagues or opponents alike.
Since I sit on the board of directors for two different non-profit organizations, the board room set-up is an appropriate setting for such groups. Both of these styles are of superior quality and provide a professional atmosphere in which to meet or to host.
- You can book such rooms by the hour, half day or full day. Some of the amenities that are included in the cost or are available for an additional cost include:
- free local and national calls;
- free internet connection;
- free whiteboard and flip chart availability;
- free use of business lounge;
- free gourmet coffee and teas;
- free notepads and pens;
- executive catering;
- office services such as photocopying and printing; and
- audio conferencing.
Should you determine that you need to include additional persons or clients in your meeting, audio conferencing is available very simple as all of the instructions are available to you, along with administrative support.
Lastly, there is a third type of room available at our location: the classroom or training room! This is a very large room and will accommodate approximately thirty or more people – either for presentation or training purposes. Again, all of the amenities, previously discussed, would be available to your constituents of this particular setting.
